Generic Overview

This course ensures a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects common to various business classes. These general aspects are covered only once rather than repeated in every course. Completing this course is mandatory, and any of the Class of Business Certificates will only be awarded upon successfully completing the Generic Overview and specific Class of Business course.
